Appointments
Our hours accommodate even the busiest of schedules. We are open five days a week, with special bookings on the weekends. Day and evening appointments are available. Our receptionists or voice mail system will take your messages day and night.
Children
In view of the nature of the equipment used in our procedures, we request that you avoid bringing children to your treatment. We will not be responsible for their care or safety and they cannot be left unattended in the waiting room. Thank you for your understanding. Their safety is our foremost concern.
Payment
For your convenience we accept cash, check, Discover, VISA, MasterCard or AMEX. We also accept CareCredit. Please note that some services require a deposit at time of booking.
Please Note:
A deposit on a credit card is required when you book your consultation. No charge will be applied unless you fail to cancel or show up for you appointment. A 72-hour notification for cancellation of your appointment is required.
Cancellation or Missed Appointments
Late arrival to sessions may result in our inability to provide a complete treatment. However, full charges may be incurred. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in loss of the deposit and/or session.
For your convenience we do not accept tips. Your patronage is gratuity enough.
